Rayner supports the business affairs of Michael Meehan and of the Squared team across strategic planning, research, and campaign operations. She plays a key role in the firm’s internal infrastructure and external deliverables. 

She brings hands-on experience from statewide and national races, including work with campaign consulting firm 50+1 Strategies during the 2022 general election, where she managed print media production and prepared candidate briefing materials for Democratic state and federal candidates. Rayner began her campaign career on a Maryland General Assembly race, where she built field operations from the ground up and oversaw a team of more than 200 volunteers. She also previously supported strategic communications efforts at Breakwater Strategy, serving clients across entertainment, crypto, and private equity. Rayner joined Squared as Executive Assistant to Michael Meehan after earning her BA in English with a minor in Political Science from the George Washington University. She resides in Washington, D.C.
